QM0714The Ashcroft 1305D series portable deadweight tester is a pressure calibration system that includes a low range and high range piston assembly, weight set, a hydraulic (oil) test pump to generate test pressures, metal carrying cases, tools and other accessories. Depending on the weight set provided, the 1305D is capable of establishing test points from 15 to 10,000 psi in an accuracy of ±0.1% of reading.


As a primary standard, the 1305D will provide years of accurate calibration measurement, helping to ensure that pressure instruments operate safely and reliably

Profile measuring device

LMSThe air bearing profil measurement of the LMS model series functions with ultra-precise mechanics. The design of this new measuring device is based on the basic components of the LFG slides. This device is ideal for quickly measuring and testing small parts with regard to their straightness, parallelism, conicity and convexity. The traversing range of 150 mm with a maximum slide deviation of 0.1 µm is the basis of this measuring device. The workpiece placement area of 70 mm x 120 mm enables the positioning of parts weighing up to 8 kg. The positioning accuracy of the motor-driven and linear measuring system-equipped air bearing X axis is 1.0 µm. The motor-driven Z axis has a traverse path of 300 mm and an autonull function.
