• To develop and manage a world class Quality Assurance System that will provide Quality Assurance in all stages of the execution of Projects, Operations and Administration Systems.

• Serve as a "Subject Matter Expert" in the implementation and maintenance of quality and process improvement programs within the Company that will achieve and maintain the ISO9001 Standard certification

• Provides QA related service e.g. training, inspections and auditing of business units systems to evaluate degree of compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 to the business units and other support groups Standard. Provides recommendations and advice on corrective plans.


1. Serves as the Company's focal point on ISO/Quality. Works with Management to establish annual quality objectives and KPI's and to provide timely reporting and analysis of results.

2. Has responsibility for the ISO 9001 program within the Company. This includes preparing annual QA audit plans, coordinating audit schedules, tracking & reporting on annual assessments & triennial re-certification assessments by external certifying organisations. Prepares action plans subsequent to internal and external QA audits and advise / follow up with Business Units leaders in the implementation of recommendations.

3. Promotes and advocates Quality Assurance within the Company. Develops ISO audit guides forall Units within the Company.

4. Identifies and promotes process quality improvement through the use of process quality indicators in the field. As identified, generates and distributes reports and/or indices to measure key performance quality indicators.

5. Participates in the planning, development and delivery of quality assurance training and workshops to employees at all levels within the company, including: quality action teams, employee QA awareness, ISO 19001 Standard internal awareness and process management workshops.

6. Leads, facilitates, and/or provides administrative support to quality projects within the Company. Defines key processes and identifies gaps for improvements resulting in improved productivity and improved service.

7. Coordinates and provides support to Company's operational planning and operational contingency planning initiatives.


•Min. 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management sSystems Development and Implementation in Corporate Level or Mega Projects
• Experience in dealing with external ISO Certifying Bodies during QMS development and certification to ISO9001-2008 standards and during periodical surveillances.
• Strong Knowledge and understanding of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, IRIS Standards,
• Extensive Knowledge of quality systems and standards, including ISO90001, and auditing techniques
