Quality Management Department Head
To manage the Department in executing the long term and yearly operational plans to provide the required contribution to the achievement of the Division's objectives.
To communicate Department's objectives and business context to ensure alignment and common understanding of the objectives (including HSE objectives).
To delegate and ensure the implementation of performance objectives for the Department as well as to establish monitoring mechanisms in order to ensure that these objectives are delivered.
To identify gaps in staff competencies and to pursue opportunities to develop them with emphasis to the development of UAE Nationals to support the company in achieving the Emiratization targets.To plan and develop Quality Management objectives to ensure the quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the company.
To set up guidelines and manage the development of a quality management system including all related procedures in liaison with Company Divisions, for maintaining high standards of quality management.
To review and ensure the corporate Quality Audit plan is in line with the requirement of the Quality Management System that all business objectives are covered within the specified period and meet criteria's such as criticality and lessons learnt.
To coordinate the ISO certification process in the organization to achieve and maintain the International Quality Standards and to ensure that existing certificates are renewed on time.
To coordinate the work of external consultants related to the Business Process reviews and Quality Management Systems.
10+ years relevant experience Extensive experience with quality management systems (ISO) and business transformation techniques and methodologies.Experience working in an industrial companyBachelors degree in related field
